<p>Your coach will offer variations and options throughout the practice so that you can tailor your experience to meet the needs of your mind, body, and soul. Working out in a small group your coach will offer corrections and appropriate modifications and progressions. Working out with your friends will make fitness coaching fun and you will always a cheerleader by your side.</p>
<p>The progressive programming will have you accomplish your fitness goals in no time.</p>

You will gain strength and flexibility in your muscles while having a strong mind-body connection. Each class will combine a balanced series of poses with a focus on opening up one of several potential areas of tightness, such as your hamstrings, hips, shoulders, or neck. A selection of restorative poses will support your body with props, so the muscles, fascia and nervous system get to take a break from the daily grind.  You will be reaping all these benefits while breathing the fresh air. You will get to enjoy the changing colors of leaves while you practice yoga.</span></p>

It will have slower paced movements that focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility.  Each class will end with an extended period of meditation.  No experience or flexibility required.</p>
