I started running because a friend motivated me to participate in a half marathon with him to support a charity team. My love for running just grew after that race. Now I regularly participate in distance races and marathons. I have learned many important training lessons on my running journey. I am total a science NERD. I have a Masters in Exercise Science. I am a certified USTAF and RRCA coach, and I specialize in injury prevention and running prehab. I want to share my knowledge and experience with you to make you a better runner.
Whether your goal is to complete your first 5k, run a new PR, qualify for the Boston Marathon the first step is finding the right coaching style that will help you see the results. I will work with you no matter what your running level is from beginners to Olympians. I will create a system for you that will work for your busy life and help you achieve your running goals.

Coaching Plan
Get the guidance you need from professionally trained full-time coach. I will be your dedicated online running coach and will be available to answer your questions, encourage your success and hold you accountable. I am as enthusiastic about your success as you are.
1. Set a goal. Train for your target race and add multiple non-goal races
2. Tell us about yourself. Plugin recent race times and your current mileage
3. Setup your schedule. Identify when you’d like to work out, rest, and cross-train.
4. Track your progress. Use your favorite tracking service, like Strava or Final Surge to log your miles.
5. See your plan adjust as your progress. If you miss a workout, or two, recalculate your plan to stay on track.
6. Reach out for help. Our USATF-certified coaches can answer your questions on training, nutrition, or injuries.
