As a wellness coach I’m an expert in behavior modification and I typically offer a comprehensive approach to my services. I like to uncover the core issues and negative beliefs to help you become a better version of yourself. Unlike the dynamic between a patient and their doctor, which often leans towards the doctor being the sole source of answers, the relationship between a health coach and their client is more collaborative and centered on partnership.

These statistics speak volumes about the effectiveness of coaching. The impact of coaching on individuals’ lives is truly remarkable. However, it’s important to maintain a realistic perspective. Integrative Wellness Coaching requires effort and dedication on your part. It is a collaborative process where we identify the obstacles holding you back and work together to develop tools and techniques to overcome them, allowing you to cultivate wellness. Ultimately, the moves and actions you make will shape your outcomes and transformation.
It is neither. A wellness coach will not be standing over you while you do crunches, but will have you design or change your fitness program as needed. As for therapy, we do not spend too much time in the past or on the problem, with one exception- we do look at your past successes or times when you were remarkably brave or fierce and bring those experiences forward to propel you towards your highest self. We mainly focus on the present and the imagined best future.
In my coaching program I focus on four main pillars of wellness because these are directly related to our holistic wellbeing-
A. Physical Wellness, physical health, exercise, and nutrition
B. Emotional Wellness, emphasizes the importance of emotional well-being and self-care
C. Social Wellness, discuss the significance of social connections and relationships

A good posture is essential for good physical and mental health, as well as confidence and self-esteem.
A posture coach is a specialized professional who is trained to assess, correct, and maintain good posture in individuals. I work with my clients to customize an individualized program to improve their posture. This includes exercises, stretches, and other techniques that help strengthen the muscles and joints that support the spine and improve the alignment of the body.
Medically supervised weight loss coaching is a highly effective way to manage weight while ensuring safety and optimal health outcomes. Collaborating with board certified healthcare professionals, I coach the patients on where they can make healthy lifestyle improvements and see sustainable weightloss. The patients are always in the power seat. I’m the facilitator of the weightloss journey.
