About
Your hub for corporate and personal wellness. I build training programs, lead wellness workshops, and coach nutrition and posture — for individuals building a stronger daily life, and for teams building a stronger culture. Whichever brought you here, let’s get moving.

Meet the Founder Aesha
I started Tone & Strengthen because I kept meeting people — at medical practices, on race courses, in corporate breakrooms — who wanted to feel stronger but didn’t know where to start, or didn’t have twenty minutes to spare on figuring it out. So I built something for them: coaching that meets people exactly where they are, whether that’s a living room, a conference room, or a start line.
I’m a clinical exercise physiologist and I have a Master’s in Exercise Science from Concordia University. I’ve spent the years since earning credentials most trainers stop at one or two of — because every client is a different puzzle, and I wanted the tools to solve more of them. I’m a CEP, CSCS, Sports Nutritionist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. I’m also a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach and a Yoga Alliance RYT 200 instructor. As a Master Instructor for MadDogg Athletics’ Spinning® program, I’ve certified over 500 trainers.
I believe a life full of vitality comes from the connection between career and health— and that belief shapes every class, program, and workshop I build, whether it’s for one person or two hundred.

From corporate partners
“Working with Aesha Tahir was a fantastic experience for Apexon’s employee wellness initiatives. Her session was highly engaging, interactive, and impactful. She was well-organized and communicated the schedule clearly and well in advance, making the entire process seamless. I highly recommend her corporate wellness experiences. ”Jada Pink, Apexon
“Thank you, Aesha, for sharing our inspiring stories and insights last week!
For professionals starting with deep technical backgrounds, we often neglected the other important aspect in communication. The problem, as Aesha points out in the seminar as well as in the book "Unhunched" shares her knowledge of human physiology and our postures: how to sit, how to talk, how to look. Her practical wisdom has helped me in my daily activities. I appreciate your encouragement: Stand Tall!”Sen Deng, Sr. Director, Health Strategy @ People Inc.
“Aesha is totally self contained, communicates well prior to the event so all bases are covered. She was wonderful to work with. ”Jeanette Nessett, Lifespan Health Institute
“Great session and relevant to my current position. Thanks again Aesha! The stretching exercises were all very helpful to relax muscles that I have trouble relaxing. Combined with the breathing exercises, I could see it reducing tension and hunched posture. ”Crystal Ruiz, Virtua Health
Training that adapts to the person in front of it. Not a program you’re squeezed into, but one built around your body, your schedule, and your goals — with an experienced professional who’s actually educating, watching, adjusting, and showing up alongside you.
