I have been taking Barre classes under the expert guidance of Coach Aesha for quite a few years now. Aesha provides gentle and increasing challenges to achieve goals and mixes up the movements to keep it fresh and interesting. Aesha is a motivational trainer, and she often shares fitness tips and helpful nutrition facts. I always look forward to my Barre sessions, which have increased my strength and flexibility and left me with a sense of accomplishment.
