I am loving my fitness classes with Coach Aesha (Tone and Strengthen).  I have been enrolled in Body by Barre, Yoga, Mat Pilates, Weekend Warrior, and 20/20/10.  Aesha’s sessions are innovative and she continually changes-up the workout routines.  Aesha gives tons of options to suit different abilities.  I never find myself becoming board with a class and always feel I’ve gotten a good workout.  I’m on my way to getting stronger and improving my balance.  I am thankful for Aesha’s programs to keep me sane.
