A total body workout designed to define & tone every muscle in every way. Great class for improving muscular strength & endurance.

*Yoga Mat, resistance band, and two medium/heavy dumbbells required for this class *

I’m an entrepreneur and fitness coach specializing in posture correction from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I love working with busy professionals looking to eliminate pain and improve posture, function, health, and wellness.
