Hi I’m Aesha

Aesha is an Exercise physiologist and a corporate wellness consultant. Voted one of the most Inspiring Entrepreneur and Wellness Executives to watch by San Diego Voyager, Aesha Tahir is an award-winning author, keynote speaker, corporate trainer, and columnist. As a movement specialist she has helped over 500 clients find pain free living. Her best selling book “Unhunched: Discover Wellness Through Posture,” entails all the secrets to an upright posture and pain free movement.

She holds a Masters in Exercise Science from Concordia University. She has earned multiple credentials from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Athletics and Fitness Association of America, and other NCCA accredited fitness associations. Aesha is a Master Instructor for MadDogg Athletics, Spinning® program. She is a Certified Fitness Nutrition Coach, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. She is Yoga Alliance Certified RYT 200, yoga instructor.

Aesha believes that living a life full of vitality requires a connection between mind, body, and soul.  She is a Marathon runner and youth running club coach.
