✨ Why me? With over ten years of experience in the exercise science industry, I provide evidence-based mind-body programs and wellness solutions that utilize the seven dimensions of wellness. Having worked with over 700 clients in private and group settings, I understand the challenges busy professionals face. Recognized as one of the most Inspiring Entrepreneurs and Wellness Executives to watch by San Diego Voyager, I am also an award-winning author of the book “Unhunched: Discover Wellness Through Posture,” offering practical tips to empower you on your wellness journey.

I have a B.S. in Computer Science and M.S. in Exercise Science. I am certified corporate wellness professional, NASM fitness trainer, NASM nutrition coach, and an E-RYT 200 Yoga Instructor. My articles have been published in ROVA, Personal Fitness Professional, Fitness Trainer, and canfitpro magazine.

Aesha's Unhunched posture coaching program is NOT an ordinary program. Aesha has created this program to address all facets of physical and mental stressors that impact our posture.

Unhunched is different. It will helps you break free from the pain free movement cycle.

Yes, absolutely! The Unhunched Posture Coaching Program is specifically designed to help you improve your posture and achieve long-lasting results. Our team of expert coaches will guide you through a personalized program tailored to your unique needs and goals.

With our comprehensive approach, which includes targeted exercises, corrective techniques, and posture education, you'll develop the strength, flexibility, and awareness necessary to correct your posture. Consistent participation in the program, combined with a commitment to practicing the techniques and exercises provided, will lead to noticeable improvements over time.

While many of our clients would like to lose weight, this is not the focus or goal of our sessions. You will see toning of your abdominal region and glutes beacuse we work on thise muscle groups. If posture coaching is combined with a proper diet you will see weight loss. I have weight loss coaching options as well.

 

It depends. Movement patterns that you have already developed take time to change. We have to unlearn all of the old patterns and create new neural pathways for better pain free movement and static posture. A realistic time frame for the trainings is;

You can signup for a single one hour Unhunched assessment and posture tips. But to see lasting chsnges we will need time and consistency.
