Virtual class
This gentle yoga class is geared specifically for those who are interested in a slower, more soothing practice. We invite you to create your own personal relaxing practice space: feel free to light some candles, sip on some tea, and surround yourself with comfy cushions or bolsters. Gentle yoga class will incorporate simple flowing sequences to open up the body and inspire the soul. It will have slower paced movements that focus on alignment, strength, balance, and flexibility. Each class will end with an extended period of meditation. No experience or flexibility required.
All Virtual classes are recorded and recording is provided to registered participants for 48-hrs after class.
*Equipment- Yoga Mat and Two Yoga blocks, cushions or bolsters and blanket are suggested for this class *
