Small Group Fitness Coaching

Description

Private small group fitness coaching focusing on strength, flexibility and balance training. Your coach will move you in a class infused with mobility work, strength, and stretching while toning every muscle group. This class will start with 20 minutes of mobility work, followed by a 20 minutes full body strength circuit, and ending with 20 minutes deep stretch flow.

Your coach will offer variations and options throughout the practice so that you can tailor your experience to meet the needs of your mind, body, and soul. Working out in a small group your coach will offer corrections and appropriate modifications and progressions. Working out with your friends will make fitness coaching fun and you will always a cheerleader by your side.

The progressive programming will have you accomplish your fitness goals in no time.

All Virtual classes are recorded and recording is provided to registered participants for 48-hrs after class.

*Yoga mat and two medium to light dumbbells are suggested for this class *
