Hatha Yoga With Vani Wadhwa July 26th – Aug 16th
This Hatha Yoga series is designed to create a powerful, energetic, strength-building practice where you will move from one pose to another. Vani’s classes have a restorative flair. In this 60 minute class you will hold each pose for 3-8 breath cycles. She is very mindful of every participant’s needs in her classes and welcomes students of all levels.
About the instructor- Vani Wadhwa is a certified yoga teacher. Her journey with yoga started back in India when she was six. Yoga practice has been a significant part of her life since childhood. She finds yoga to be her go-to for finding instant happiness, balance, and harmony in life. She believes yoga offers her a way to embody freedom in the true sense and live as an Empowered live.
All Tone and Strengthen Classes are recorded and recordings are sent to the class participants.
