Ingredients
- 2 lbs. green beans
- 2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp. pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp. lemon zest
Instructions
- Put green beans into boiling water until bright green in color, tender and crisp
- Drain and quickly soak in a bowl of ice.
- Heat a large heavy skillet over medium heat add olive oil to it.
- Mix in the beans with the rest of the ingredients.
- Saute’ until coated with oil and heated through, about 5 minutes.
