Nut Butter Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup dates
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Place all three ingredients except dark chocolate chips into the food processor and process to combine for about 10 seconds.
  • Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and continue to process again for a few seconds.
  • Mix in the chocolate chips by hand.
  • Roll a tablespoon of mixture in between your hands to form a ball.
  • Refrigerate.
