Ingredients
- 1 cup gluten free oats
- 1/2 cup dates
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons mini dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Place all three ingredients except dark chocolate chips into the food processor and process to combine for about 10 seconds.
- Scrape down the sides with a rubber spatula and continue to process again for a few seconds.
- Mix in the chocolate chips by hand.
- Roll a tablespoon of mixture in between your hands to form a ball.
- Refrigerate.
