Ingredients
- 4-5 6 oz salmon fillet
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon old bay seasoning
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, (optional)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon Italian dressing (any brand)
- 3 dashes ground black pepper
- lemon slices
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Combine the olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, half of the old bay seasoning, cayenne pepper (if using), lemon juice, Italian dressing, and black pepper together. Stir to combine well.
- Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spoon the garlic herb mixture onto the salmon, coat well on the top and sides of the salmon.
- Sprinkle lightly the other half of the old bay seasoning on each fillet.
- Bake in the oven covered with foil for 10 minutes.
- Then take the pan out uncover the tray and place one lemon slice on each of the salmon fillets.
- Bake the fish uncovered for another 5 minutes or when it’s done to your liking.
