- 1 cup unbleached baking flour

- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 orange
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Grease a pie pan.
- Combine the flour, sugar, and salt.
- Add the juice of one orange and one teaspoon of the orange zest.
- Stir in the cranberries and the walnuts.
- Stir in the butter, beaten eggs, and almond extract.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes.
