Lemon Tahini Dressing

Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients:

¼ cup tahini

3 tablespoons water

3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tablespoon maple syrup

¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Drizzle over salad as needed.
