Barre & Sculpt May 27th – July 1st
Awaken your senses and begin the day with an invigorating and energizing 50-minute class. This Barre and Sculpt class will strengthen and lengthen your body while helping you burn calories. This barre class combines ballet, Pilates, and targeted strength training to give you intense, total-body workouts that will tone your thighs, flatten your stomach, define your abs, and strengthen your arms.
6 week session every Thursday at 6:30 a.m.
* Yoga Mat, Pilates ball, loop resistance band, and two medium dumbbells are required for this class *
