BarreLattes – Jan 20th – Feb 24th

Time: 9:30 A.M. – 10:30 A.M.

The class is a fusion of ballet conditioning, and Pilates. Whether you want to look better, feel better, or help increase bone density…this class is for you! Barre section will include standing lower body strengthening exercises and the Pilates section will include floor work to strengthen and stabilize your core. Come have fun with us getting healthy and strong.

*Yoga mat, Pilates ring, and stability ball are suggested for this class *

I’m an entrepreneur and fitness coach specializing in posture correction from Bucks County, Pennsylvania. I love working with busy professionals looking to eliminate pain and improve posture, function, health, and wellness. I help my clients unlock the door to improved health, better breathing, faster digestion, and self-confidence by providing fitness coaching to correct their posture. I have helped over 500 clients reach their fitness goals and practice proper posture.
