Buns & Guns
This class will help you tighten, firm and tone your buttocks and pelvic region (Buns) through various equipment and body weight exercises specifically designed for this area of the body. It will also focus on the troublesome upper arm area (Guns) through specific exercises designed to impact the bicep and triceps area. It’s a great class for guys too!
All Virtual classes are recorded and recording is provided to registered participants for 48-hrs after class.
*Yoga Mat, resistance band, and two medium/heavy dumbbells required for this class *
