I am one of those unusual morning people who wakes up feeling energized and ready to start the day almost immediately. However, this only applies to weekdays. On the weekends, I prefer a slower pace, savoring a fresh hot breakfast like an omelette with oats. But on weekday mornings, I want a quick breakfast that will sustain my energy for tasks ahead. Hence, these make-ahead egg and cheese sandwiches are one of my top choices.

These sandwiches are packed with protien with eggs and meat. The best part is that you can freeze them and reheat in the microwave whenever you need a quick bite.
