Fresh Raspberry Dressing

Makes 4 Servings

Ingredients:

½ cup raspberries, mashed

½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

½ teaspoon maple syrup

Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar.
  • Drizzle over salad as needed.
  • Pro Tip: You can refrigerate this dressing for 1 week.
